Comprehensive Analytical Gas Generator Range Showcased at Leading Lc/ms Conference
Jan 24 2007
domnick hunter's comprehensive gas generator range was on show at the 23rd annual LC/MS conference, that took place on the 8th to 10th November at Montreux (Switzerland).
domnick hunter is a leading provider of analytical gas solutions for laboratory-based applications using Nitrogen, UHP Hydrogen and various grades of analytical air.
Gas generators have many advantages over more conventional modes of gas supply. Perhaps one of the greatest is the constant availability of gas on-demand. This removes the risk of gas outages at critical stages in analyses and the knock-on costly and time-consuming re-running of analyses - something which is an important consideration for today's modern laboratory operating within strict budgetary controls.
Analytical gas generators are also a far safer and more convenient option compared to high-pressure cylinders. Payback is typically achieved within 18 months, after which time ongoing gas costs are dramatically reduced. Additionally, purity is consistent for improved stability in instrument performance.
Montreux is the premier LC/MS conference and a key date for the international scientific community with around 700 expert delegates in attendance.
LC/MS is an analytical technique exhibiting rapid growth due to ever-increasing investment in bio-medical research. domnick hunter will be showcasing a number of its bespoke LC/MS nitrogen generators individually designed to perfectly match the gas requirements of individual manufacturer's instruments and the end user's needs in general.
